This web site and the travel booking engine offering holiday and vacation packages to New Zealand Short Breaks users is owned and operated by Pan Pacific Travel.

 

Based in Remuera, Auckland, Pan Pacific Travel is a privately owned and operated inbound travel and tour company established in 1984. We have grown to become one of the South Pacific's most successful and respected tourism companies, offering a huge variety of product and services to a truly global audience.

 

Pan Pacific Travel's parent company, Pan Pacific Holdings also owns Sydney based Australian Inbound operator Pan Pacific Australia (originally Tour Contractors Pacific) which joined the family in 1988: in 2002 United  Travel Remuera, an International outbound leisure agency, was created. Pan Pacific Holdings still part owns and operates Remuera based Cavalier Travel Services, a corporate travel agency purchased in 1984. Event Dynamics is a Joint Venture company that focuses on Trans Tasman Meetings and Conferencing and Ski Traveller is a boutique outbound Ski operator.

 

Pan Pacific Travel is a full member of the New Zealand Tour Operators Council (ITOC) and holds an 'Endorsed Inbound Tour Operator' certification by Qualmark, New Zealand Tourism's official quality agency.

This site is driven by our own booking engine Lynx. This means that you can 'self serve' on the web site, adding to your customized itinerary as you wish. What differentiates this site from many others is that when you make your booking, one of our team will check your itinerary and booking to ensure that what you have requested and confirmed on line is all in order. If we have any concerns or recommendations that we feel could improve or add enjoyment to your trip, we will contact you by email.

 

Once you are actually in New Zealand, you have the peace of mind knowing that we are also based here and we will provide you with contact details in the event any emergency arises. Our friendly and knowledgeable 'Kiwi' team can access your itinerary and booking via our booking system and assist you on the spot. You will not be dealing with a large call centre manned by 'order takers' located on the other side of the world.
